Another winning addition to the line-up at Bacchus Marsh’s Maddingly Village shipping precinct, Kikuchi Sushi Train offers an innovative menu, delivered in a no-fuss, super-fun environment.

We’re talking “sushi train” here, so there’s a variety of fresh sushi rolls up for (literal) grabs from the rotating conveyor belt which runs past every table, but you can also order a la carte via the touchscreens, or if you prefer more traditional service, there are wait staff on hand.

Of course kids love the novelty of it, but it’s the superb quality that keeps the grown ups coming back.

Expect the freshest sashimi, a huge variety of  sushi rolls and a long list of crispy fried street foods ordered individually, or as part of very reasonably priced bento boxes.
