Wallace Hotel draws locals and diners from further afield

Though the local population inches just above 220 people, the historic township of Wallace is a major draw in our region, thanks largely to the success of the Wallace Hotel.

Visitors regularly fill the super-sized lounge/dining area, where fun, eclectic décor, all-day meal service and a particularly popular Sunday roast have created a sizeable following of regulars from the local area and further afield.

The menu is a thoughtfully-prepared selection of bistro favourites, along with pizza and a generous vegan menu, and there’s a great selection of beers, cocktails and wines, all priced to please.

Regular live music, along with gorgeous gardens and outdoor dining areas complete an impressive package which makes the Wallace Hotel a perennial favourite.
