The climax of spring in our region this year will be the annual Flower and Garden Show at Bacchus Marsh Public Hall over the weekend of 26 and 27 October.

Competition sections this year will include roses, cut flowers, floral art, Australian natives, pot plants, garden produce, and jams and preserves.

There are also sections devoted to photography and cake decorating.

Aside from the competitions there will be local not-for-profit organisation stalls plus free face painting and balloon twisting. Devonshire tea is also available.

The Show will be open to the public from 12pm until 4pm on Saturday and 10am until 4pm on Sunday.

Attendees will also be able to buy plants throughout the weekend from the Show’s plant stall.
