The Moorabool Landcare Festival returns to Ballan with a full day focused on pest plants and animals, and practical ways we can better care for the land around us.

Hosted by the Moorabool Catchment Landcare Group, the festival will bring together a range of community and conservation groups to share local knowledge, answer questions and help landholders and residents better understand weed and pest management.

There’ll also be a site demonstration alongside the activities inside Ballan Scout Hall, giving visitors a chance to see some of the ideas and techniques discussed during the day put into practice.

The event is designed to be a place to learn, connect and take action, whether you manage a larger property, look after a smaller block, volunteer with a local group or simply want to know more about creating healthier and more sustainable landscapes.

Saturday 21 November • 10am–3pm • Ballan Scout Hall
