Rising Sun was founded in 2020 by a couple passionate about music, beauty and the festival experience. After many years in the music and arts scene, the creators know the recipe to an outstanding immersive adventure, adding their own flair to the mix. They are bringing this vision to life with a growing team of creatives who share the same thirst for magic.
The first Rising Sun event was held in Beaufort, Victoria. After almost a year of COVID lockdown and various restrictions, Rising Sun was born as an invitational event to celebrate the sheer joy in human connection, art and nature in a safe environment.
Rising Sun continues to cultivate the best possible experience for festival goers. Taking tried and tested ideas and combining them with new and exciting concepts, Rising Sun promises to deliver complete and fantastical immersion like you have never experienced before.
