Get out of the studio and into the flower patch for a yoga experience unlike any other. The Paddock Lal Lal partnered with The Studio Ballan to bring this very special event to you.
Wake up the senses, breathe to the rhythm of the rustling leaves, feel the earth and grass beneath your fingertips, taste the country air, listen to the soothing sounds of birdsong and wind through the trees, and look out for kangaroos, wallabies, all while seeing the sunrise over the countryside.
This class will help you to strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility in this low-impact, full-body workout. These sessions will help you focus on controlled movements, using just your body weight and small apparatus to reach a range of muscles that support posture and alignment. Modifications are provided throughout the class, making it suitable for a range of fitness levels and bodies.
All levels are welcome. Modifications for beginners-advanced yogis are offered for all poses.
What to wear: Comfortable clothes, bottle of water, and perhaps a jumper and pair of socks in case it’s chilly.
What to bring: Just yourself (yoga equipment provided).
