Get out of the studio and into the flower patch for a yoga experience unlike any other. The Paddock Lal Lal has partnered with The Studio Ballan to bring this very special event to you.
Wake up the senses, breathe to the rhythm of the rustling leaves, feel the earth and grass beneath your fingertips, taste the country air, listen to the soothing sounds of birdsong and wind through the trees, and look out for kangaroos, wallabies, all while seeing the sunrise over the countryside.
This class blends the meditative and calming aspects of traditional Hatha yoga with fluid transitions, characteristic of Vinyasa flow. In this class, you will experience a gentle, yet engaging practice that emphasises mindful movement and breath. The class focuses on deliberate movements and controlled breathing, allowing for deeper engagement with each pose.
All levels are welcome. Modifications for beginners-advanced yogis are offered for all poses.
What to wear: Comfortable clothes, bottle of water, and perhaps a jumper and pair of socks in case it’s chilly.
What to bring: Just yourself (yoga equipment provided). If you prefer your own matt, please bring this along.
