Come behind the scenes as Chef Mark shares his passion and secrets that deliver the delicious dishes at The Plough!

It’s an intimate, hands-on journey through flavour, wine and craft, hosted by owner and head chef Mark Mills, along with his wife Ruth, in the new Plough Marquee kitchen and dining room.

Learn why and how these selected dishes come together, with hands-on experience, and a lot of fun!

You will be provided with the cooking fluid (a.k.a. wine) to enjoy the day's opportunities to learn, laugh and listen.

This is the first time Chef Mark has opened his kitchen for Cooking Classes in Australia. There are limited spots available, and they will not last, so don't delay if you'd like to experience the exciting "up close & personal" culinary side of The Plough.
