Seafood takes centre stage at The Border Inn for Tides & Vines, an exclusive fine-dining evening showcasing a specially curated selection of seafood dishes.

The $130 per person menu will feature a variety of dishes including oysters, crayfish and seafood pasta, followed by dessert, with recommended wine pairings selected to complement each course. Matching wines and other drinks will be available to purchase separately from the bar.

This is an 18+ event and tables are limited, so bookings are essential.
