For the freshest sweet treat and a family-friendly outdoor activity, Naturipe Fruits’ Bacchus Marsh Strawberry Farm is open for “pick your own” strawberries until May.
Adults $10 for 500g and children $5 for 250g, extra strawberries and pre-picked strawberries $14 per kg.

The Garden of St Erth, Blackwood, is a perfect place among the flowers for a romantic picnic, with gourmet picnic boxes and cheese boards available for purchase.
“It’s just a nice place to get away and relax, you can go for a bushwalk along Lerderderg Track,” said retail manager Anita Fabos.
“You can book a glamping tent and wake up to the sound of the birds and the frogs and the babbling brook”.
There is also a cafe and nursery on site
The Garden of St Erth is open 10am to 5 pm daily.
Entry is $15 or free for Diggers Club members, concession and children.

In the evening, The Plough Bistro, Myrniong, will be serving up “Love on a Plate” with a special five-course menu in chef Mark Mills’ signature style.
